Ensure the toes of your left foot are pulled back towards the body to intensify the stretch.

Keep on the ball of your right foot and continue to support your body weight with your fingertips.

Take your right elbow and push your right knee out wider, to further increase the stretch.

Prevent the knee from returning to its original position by keeping the elbow in place and planting the right hand back on the floor.

Relax and hold this stretch for ten seconds and then repeat on the other side.
